Packs are not activated yet and rude behaviour of custor care executive

My name is kuldeep kumar and have a connection of airtel no.- 9501503672. On 8 dec, i have sent request of activated msg pack of Rs 10, and that time my mobile balance was above Rs 15. But yet, it couldn't activated. When i registered the complaint to your customer care executives, then she said-- i will activate it within 24 hours but it couldn't activated now. When i again called to CCE, and I said -- i will complaint yours in airtel office because you are not activated my packs then she said-- to whom you will complaint, don't bother, yu can complaint to anyone.

This shocked me too much. Now I have decided to disconnect my connection within 2-3 days. And I will buy RELIANCE of 1 paise/sec plan because they activated msg pack readily and their customer executives don't speak rudely. RELIANCE is also very inexpensive than all, offers good connectivity.
