To the airtel customer care service. My mobile no is 9633035850. Availed the said connection on 20th Novemebr 2009 against submitting copy of my Indian passport as proof of my identity as my previous mobile (9895895350) was lost along with the hand set while travelling.
I have been using the new sim without any problem. Two times service was suspeneded I unknowingly ignored the alert message but soon resumed after calling the service providers. On the 20th February the connectivity was suspended and the it was shown that sim registration failed. I have given this number to my friends and relatives and to my office also. As a result I lost contact with my pesonal, official and social circle. I have contacted the dealer, customer care centre at Ernakulam, and Kannur but of no use till this time. I NEED THE MOBILE NUMBER BACK, KINDLY MAKE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS IMMEDIATELY TO RESUME MY AIRTEL CONNECTIVITY
