Airtel/prepaid connection
Regarding the poor Hellotune service

Sir,

I received a sms from Airtel in which they said... that By calling 543215 I can say the movie name and song and I can select my Choice as my Hellotune... Than I did so... The operator asked for the movie's name and song... I said "Tere Liye, Movie- Prince"

The song started and in between they said that Anytime I can Press 1 on my handset to switch over to next song..

So, I pressed 1...

Again and again they repeated the same track... Why do they Cheat their Customers like that???

Hoping that Team won't let it happen again...
