Can't contact Customer Care Executive

I have prepaid airtel connection. It's validity is expired on 20-Jun. I need to extend the validity of the connection but I am not getting any recharge offer from Airtel for that. Also I am not able to talk to customer care executive. I don't get any option for that when I call 121 or 198. Also there is no any offer in My Airtel My Offer.
