Auto activation

I am anup from durg, my numbar is 9993862420, since last 3 days airtel charge me RS 75 for game club, 5 rs for java gclub subscription, friendschat service 10Rs, and same for shaheli service, astrology, hello tune, and radio night pack also.

customer care executive say that you have activated this service, but i didnt.

so please help me, they can not give me proper information,

i want my money back and take a some action on airtel about this kind of chiteeing bussines.
