Dear sir
I'm Bibek lath from bargarh. Recently i've purchased a mobile from your nokia priority before 1 month but after 5-6 days of my using its screen was totally fade up at late night automatically without my any mistake. In morning i went directly to nokia care and they take it and told me to wait for 10-12 days. After 12 days i went there and took it but suddenly after 2 hours it does the same problem. Again i went to there and said all this but they miss behave me and took it for 15 days. After then, i went there and they backed my mobile. But again the same problem was happened and i am very harresed about it. However, 1st of all i visited to nokia priority and then nokia care they didn't done any thing and just said me to deposit it to nokia care for preparing and taken 10 days of time.
Now you tell me sir what will i do. I've purchased it for my use or only moving here to there.
Therefore i request you to grant my request and replace my mobile and oblige me. And please take necessary step otherwise i've to go to consumer court against you.
