I submitted a complain against Bharti Airtel Ltd.
Actually without any reason in the last 30 days my Airtel Prepaid mobile balance was reduced daily. When I call Airtel customer care they were not answer to my question. They said to me that one service active in my phone that’s why balance was cut.
But without my response this service active daily. When I deactive this service in the morning automatically this service active in the evening, how is it possible. That’s why I file a complain against us. Untill today Rs: 30.00 or above cut from my ph number without any reason.

They were not serious against me.
I complain several times but they were not take any action against my complain.
