Deduction for GPRS Monthly package after Deactivation

Dear Sir,

My airtel Prepaid number of Karnataka is 9880645598. I had deactivated my MONTHLY GPRS PLAN OF RS.98 yesterday (30.6.2011) through airtel CC (09845098450) vide: CMODC20630599815, wherein i was assured they will be no deductions from my balance as the service was deactivated IMMEDIATELY.

However, today (1.7.2011) i see that my account has been deducted for Rs.98. Kindly arrange for refund of the same to my mobile Prepaid account.
