Promotional SMS

I, Arpit Verma, airtel no 9950197711 is registered with DND vide regn no. S1012395765 on 04-07-09.

I have earlier registered a complain against Promotional SMS that i am recieving from Airtel on 16-12-09 and on 23-09-09. They told me that these sms will be stopped from 01-01-10.The service request number is 1217257262.

But still i am recieving these sms from following no's-

AR-34RC

AR-1000RC

AR-525RC

AR-399RC

AR-51RC

AR-Airtel

AR-63RC

AR-35RC

AR-21RC

AR-50RC

AR-36RC

AR-45RC

AND SO OON...

From 16-12-09 till writting this mail, I have got around 70 such sms, ie daily 5-6 sms.

So what the hell is this, why am i getting these nonsense sms

And this is not the first time that i have complaint about this, I have made several complaints to there customer care, u can confirm this with them

I want to ask the company that why am i still getting these nonsense SMS meant for retailers on my (customer NOT retailer) phone. Further this is all happening even after my no. is registered with DND.

I want the co. to take immediate action
