Unnecessory service activation and cutting balance

I am Anwar khan having airtel mobile no 9867819073 i am getting services like matrimonial, cricket updates, jokes, which i do not want and cutting my balance. when i am trying to customer care on 121 reply comes that Dear partner please dail 121441937 from your airtel mobile for any product information for a system update but same voice repeats on dailing above said number. i am also not getting sms services properly. This problem i am facing nearly from one year.please help me
