Charges for Non Applied Services

I am having mobile no.9867242308 of Airtel prepaid services, every month Airtel activating without intimation any services and charges for the same. Also now then have made customer care services also chargebale. It is not in favour of customer. today they have charged me for Rs.10/- towards blog services which I have not applied. Please do the needful.
