Refund of the deposit amount

I have two vodafone postpaid numbers. But before deactivation of the numbers they asked to clear the bill. So i have done that and they deactivated the numbers. When i claim for my deposit amount worth rs500/- they asked me to wait for 45working days. So i waited more than that. Till now i did'nt receive the amount. Now when i ask vodafone people about the deposit amount, they are saying that they have adjusted that amount in the bill itself.

How could you adjust my deposit amount in the bill when i have already paid the total amount.

What is this. It is rediculous. After waiting for so many days they give this type of answer.
