Certain VAS were started in my airtel prepaid mobile no: 9910557242 (Noida) without my asking for them. I just got a message that this service (caller tunes and lately job alerts). Trying to contact customer care failed repeatedly without any result. I have never requested for any value added services for this number. Kindly get the company to stop starting such services unilaterally and charging for these. The amounts charged thus should also be credited back. I tried to register this complaint through airtel consumer complaint website also. But this seems to be totally an eyewash / farcial setup. The customer care (do they care?) and complaints are non-existant. Kindly also direct me where one can get a solution.
