Complaint regarding call with ISD Code 92

Hi,

On 22nd April friday at 9:01 pm, i receieved a call from 923474391862. It came to my knowledge on 23rd April saturday at 5:18 pm that call is from pakistan. Although i missed the call, but i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.
