My complaint is regarding ISD calls charges added in my bill which calls i had not done. I recd bill on 11.10.09 on the same day i went to ARC at kandivali west. there they told us i hv to call 121 becoz they cant do anything. i call 121 from ARC only CRE told tht i had done the calls thts y they had charged me ISD charges. I told CRE NO one is staying in Africa / or somaliya so how would i call there. Give me persons name and his details whom i called. That also they refysed to give me details and mail to 121. see the later communication with 121 and higher authorities. and suggest me how to deal with this. should i disconnect d no. or tell them send me revised bill for the payment.
