today i.e 8/4 i have received a message on mobile that "you have been subscribed to airtel tv and have been charged rs 55 for same", though i have not subscribed for the same. After that i called customer care and was told that the bal. Was deducted wrongly and kindly talk to his senior. After that my call was put on hold and it remained silent till i disconnected. The kind of customer support povided by the india no 1 service provider donot match your standards. My no is 875712/8120. Kindly look in to the matter and refund the balance at the earliest.
