After sending a message airtel have been deducting Rs 20 in leu of airtellive and weakly sub subsciption without our request . when I complained to their customer care they told me that I have down load something which is their wrong statement. Earlier in the month of september they had deducted my money of around Rs150 but in that month I had not use my mobile phone.
