Very Bad Customer Support

I have been trying to speak to customer care of airtel, by dialing 121 or 198 to know my offers in GPRS. I almost called 10 times, and before I could talk to customer executive, either the line gets cut, or there will be repeating ring tones and no response from the other end.

Is AIRTEL becoming complecent regarding customer care? Even I tried to call relationship office for the same, and they re direct me to 121 or 198 which doesnot work!!!

Also, I heard Vodafone offers better customer care than Airtel now a days...
