In response to requirement of service provider I submitted residential proof and PP photo on 10th Sept. Documents were deposited with Bhubaneswar Agents (shop opposit Xavier Square, Jayadev Vihar, Bhubaneswar). Strangely, Aietel sends threatning message to stop service (via my mobile phone 9937160784). Why should I suffer for the inefficiency, negligence and callousness of Airtel/ their Agents?
