Provision of unwanted/unsolicited services and deduction of charges without consent

I got a free AIRTEL prepaid sim, with mobile number 9633434102, when I bought a NOKIA duel sim hand set in September. I got it activiated by paying Rs.100 and getting the talk time credited. I got a suggestion on the hand set to opt for missed call allet, which I activiated one. Immediately I got an SMS saying that the service has been activated and Rs.15 deducted from my balance. There was alsos a number on which I could discontinue the service. The service is nothing but an SMS along with some advertisement immediately after a missed call. Most of the missed calls are only advertisement calls from airtell only as I have not given this number to anyone. Infact the missed call automatically comes in the hand set and the so called service is nothing but a dubious way to fleeze the unwary customers. On realising this, I opted for discontinuing the service, by dialing the number they had provided. After a few days I got an SMS saying that the missed call allet service will be activiated in 3 days and my account debited Rs.15. I immediately replied not opting for the service. In spite of this my account was debited Rs.15. Like this, it has happened two times so far. My account now shows a balance of only Rs.27 or so, inspite of the fact that I have made only a few test calls.
