I am having the N/w issue since last 1 month in my airtel prepaid number. I raised 1 complaint against same on 10th April and it was due to closed by 26h april. But i never got any call from anyone and it was closed without taking any feedback from me.
Now when i call your customer care, they log a new complaint which will take another 20 days.
This is not expected from a company like airtel.
