Alance deduct

Dear Sir,

I am using airtel prepaid connection my mobile no:8800441530.Many time activated sms services and balance deduct RS 5/ per day.i call many time custoer care no answer why activared this type of services.

So please i request This service will not be activated in future. I am disturb and bad impression with airtel.
