I am Amit Kumar Sharma having Airtel GSM connection 9004969293. I had made a recharge of INR 98 on 23rd Nov for getting 2 GB Free download and web access services. But i had nt enjoyed this services till date.
and when i had inform this to their customer care on 26 Nov then their executive had given me false comitment and wasted my time and money. finally i had talked to their floor managers but they are not also able to provide the proper solution to me. he had also wasted my time and money to. then i had called their maidin officer too but their phone no is busy every time. in this process i had call him atleast 7 times and every time my they had holded my call due to which i had paid 30 paisa/ min. basis. then i had visited their web site but their is no complaint column on their website.
at last i had reached to you with the hope that " you will take some action againest them
