Airtel Pre Paid Service
Incoming and Outgoing Barred

Airtel has barred my incoming and outgoing call for the documentation. i am using this connection for more than 5 years and after so many years they are asking for documents saying that documents are not as par governments rules. what they were doing from last 5 years? Why they have not verified the documents when connection has been taken? What happen with that documents that i have submitted? Now Communication is my priority how they can stop at any time? If we have to submit the documents again and again then what Airtel is doing? we are getting irritated due to this service? Airtel should not asked us again and again for the documents? I there any Solution for this?
