I am using this Airtel no from last 6 years. My prepaid plan is FRIENDS. I have a my group in that plan. Presently I am in Hubli, Karnataka for Job but I still using this No. in roaming. Before few days I call to the Airtel customer centre about roaming charges. That time they suggest me 42 Rs. recharge to minimize the roaming charges. They also said that after recharging this recharge your FRIEND plan will not be changed, It still continue. But After that when I go to the Maharashtra on 27th November I found that my FRIEND plan was changed that time I call to the Airtel customer centre, to enquiry about this But Now they said that due to that 42 Rs. recharge your plan has changed. I told them that your customer representative suggest me recharge this and he also said that your plan remain same as previous.
So please take action AIRTEL. other wise I dont have any option to change my service provider.
