I have recently bought a Prepaid SIM Card (88 26 90 84 11) from Airtel and all the document have been submitted when the SIM was bought. All the payment was made when the SIM was bought.

Now i am receiving the messages that Airtel has not received the forms and they will disconnect my service. They want me to push there dealer from whom I bought the SIM to ensure the documents are sent to the company. Basically they want me to pay for there phone service, and do there job.

I have contacted Airtel in this regard but without any hearing. So request your help to prevent big corporations to take common man for ride. In this case I have submitted all the documents and made payments.

I have contacted the company multiple times and on the pretext of transfering the call to the seniors my call had been disconnected every time.
