I am owning prepaid AirTel mobile number for last seven years
I had decided to change my network by portabilitiy system.
After some days, i get a call from chennai reginal office to know my status.
i really frustated about the concern speech of that person.
He dont know how to speak to customer with respect manner.
i try to ask his name but he was not replied.
Now after much frustuation, I have gone for second line.
Its my advice that try to satisfy your customer instead of money earning.
Put responsible person on your customer care.
Please register my complaint.
