Dear Sir,
I am K.Mallesham an Airtel Pre-paid customer with mobile No. 9963712464, Today (17/06), an amount of Rs. 15/- has been deducted from my account, I have been sent an SMS from 50505 saying "Thank you for rgistering. You have been charged Rs 15/ for Kajol envet. Call 50505 at 2p/Sec on 17th June 3.00PM terms and conditions apply" Where as I have not registered for any service like that. When I got some advertisement call (crap), I simply disconnected. This way Airtel is cheating the customers like me. When I tried to contact customer care 121, I couldn't get customer assistant on that line.
I felt very bad, for such an act from Airtel. I condemn such behavior, I couldn't contact customer care personal, only junk adds, I have hear on 121 no.
I hope such things are to be brought to the notice of Media and public, so that Airtel or any other service provider will not cheat customers.
