I recharged an airtel prepaid number using ngPay mobile app. The recharge amount is 300 (Transaction Id NGPAY1117650970). According to Airtel's current online prepaid recharge schemes, I should have got a full talk time of 300. Instead I got 264 only. I tried calling Airtel customer care numbers (121 and 198) numerous times but just before reaching the customer care executive, the line gets disconnected. I could not even find a straight forward means of writing to airtel directly (searched on airtel.in / contact section).
