Unwanted subscription to 54321 airtel services which deducts Rs. 10 everytime

I have been receiving unwanted services like football updates, astrology, friendschat etc from 54321 which deducts Rs. 10 everytime from my prepaid balance. I have never registered to these services. After I request for deactivation, it again subscribes to these services after few days and deducts Rs. 10 from my balance. I request you to please urgently look into this issue.
