Unapproved activation of Hello tunes and amount deduction

I am a student studying outside India currently. Since I will be coming back to India after studies, I wanted to retain my old airtel number and hence was adding currency to my number every year to retain validity. Being outside India, I dont receive or make calls from this number, nor do I sms anyone. Since September airtel has been activating/deactivating caller tunes at their will (even though I had deactivated caller tunes before September) and deduct amount everytime they activate the caller tune and take monthly rentals too. When I call the customer care, they tell me that it has been activated only once in March. However, when I mailed them in March one of the customer care people has mailed me with the following details,

17/2/10 8/3/10 Rs.45

15/3/10 15/3/10 Rs.45

27/3/10 27/3/10 Rs.45

29/3/10 30/3/10 Rs.45

This shows deactivation and activation within 24 hrs! And they tell me there is no option for reimbursement for the mistake they have done. Also in March they had promised me that my caller tune will not be activated again on my number without consent. However, they have been continuing the same trick again. Seems like they loot people whenever and however possible.
