Unwanted cutting of balance

I recharged my sim on 28 oct. i got a message that i had been charged Rs.50 for games club but i did not subscribe any service.i complaint on costmer care but no solution is found till now. Again i recharged my sim 16 Nov and my balance was cutting and balance reached up to Zero. I ringed up to costmer care, i told them the same but no solution. Now i am afraid of recharging of sim. Kindly help me out of this problem.
