Unwanted scheme activation

I m raj acharya raipur with mobile no.09893210888 suffring from unwanted deductions from my account without my consent, twice i brought it to the notice of customer service executive mr. ram pratap singh but no positive response.once again today they deducted some amount from my account.pl.help.
