My name is Deepthi, residing at koramangala NGV Bangalore, reason for lodging the complaint against Bharti Airtel limited is as follows.
Last 2 months back i got a new prepaid sim (8861083716) at first sim was activated easily and i used it for past one and half month. Last two weeks back the sim was inactivated for the purpose of address proof. I gave the same address proof which i had given first. I.e, my driving licence. Now the problem is sim had been invalid because at the time of crosschecking the address proof was not correct. How this can be happened. I want particular reason for this.
