Airtel/Prepaid sim
Sim blocked & unregistered without intimation

Sir,

I had bought a new prepaid sim of airtel with number 8826968755 in march.

I was using this sim in my airtel dongle in order browse internet. Further i was getting the sim recharged for Rs 750 from past three months.

However the company blocked and unregister my sim on 28 june without intimating me. When i contacted the customer care on 198, 9810198101 and airtel nodal office delhi-ncr, i was told that i ve not used the sim for last two months and hence it has been blocked.

Further my 1.5 GB data and money in the sim has also lapsed.

You are requested to kindly to get the justice done so that this does not happens to other customer.
