No action as promised by company on complaint

I had logged a complain on this web site, for blocking of my airtel prepaid sim card 8826968755, on 28 june without intimating me. When i contacted the customer care on 198, 9810198101 and airtel nodal office delhi-ncr, i was told that i ve not used the sim for last two months and hence it has been blocked.. Further i was getting the sim recharged for Rs 750 from past three months.

on this complaint i got a reply from airtel on this site saying " Namaste Mr. Tiwari, This is to inform you that your concern listed on 29 June has been noted and our team is working on a resolution. At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience faced by you. We will get in touch with you for further details of your concern as the need arises. For any queries you may have you can also get in touch with us at www.airtel.in/airtelpresence
