we are using air tel pri connection bearing account no : 14870164. The services of this network is too bad and the person who is looking after are not keeping their words in terms of services.
in the month of july our line was disconnected for more than 8-10 days at that time i had contacted coustomer care, the person involved with technical team etc. but nothing was resolved. After passing 8-10 days line was automatically resumed. since i was totally disapointed with their services i decided not to pay their bill till the date they will not talk to me personally on the issue. In between they also stopped sending bills to our address. after three month mr samson called me and asked for the due. i made him realized about our problem faced in the month of july and he agreed on the waiver of Rs. 5000/- and i too agreed to pay the left amount in two three installments. After that every now and then the usually barred our line and asked for the payment. although i feel that i should pay the amount i did that. from the month of october they started asking to pay rs. 5000/- which already waived off. it was really very panic and i contact appellate and their collection team naming ishwar (form applleate), mr singh, mr vibhor, mr samson for the same and i also forwards the waiver detail which i had received from mr samson but noting has been done still today. line has been barred form more than 15 times and usually occurs on staurday and resumed either on monday or tuesday.
therefore it is my humble request to bring the justice by getting my waiver of rs. 5000/- with additional rental of 40-45 day for which i have paid the rental without using the services.
i.e. rs 5000 10, 000 = 15000/-
and also they should be instructed not to repeat such kind of mistake in future.
