Airtel problem with Mobile No. Portability
Airtel denies Mobile Number Portability in Haryana -22nd Dec

I have read in newspapers that 'Mobile Number Portability' (MNP) has been launched in Haryana on 25th Nov.

I am located in Faridabad (Haryana) & sent SMS to 1900 for getting UPC porting code, but, got SMS reply from 1901 that "MNP is not yet launched in your service area. SMS TO 1900 IS CHARGEABLE. THANK YOU"

I am surprised. What do I do??
