Amount being deducted without my knowledge

Hi, I am new customer of Airtel. I am receiving messages saying that "your mms activation is renewed" and i am receiving some heroine pics which I never requested for.

I tried to contact customer care using 121, but nobody is responding...

If this problem continues, i will go for other network soon...
