Hi,
I am having an airtel connection (9766042203) for more than last three years now and my plan was changed without any intimation. I have been calling customer care endlessly for last 4 days and nothing has been done in this regard. I even have a word with some manager or supervisor to whom the call was forwarded by the customer care executive, she gave me assurance that the old plan will become active within 24 hours and then nothing happened. I didn't get any intimation from the CC that my plan has expired or something and they're saying now it happened because of the normal recharge which i have been doing from last 8-10 months. Many a times call was just disconnected by the CC executive without providing any resolution and with the word, 'thankyou for calling at airtel'. Many a times they forwarded the call to manager and i was kept on hold for 10 minutes and nothing happened adding to that the calls were chargable and everytime i paid more than what was informed i would be charged for talking to cc executive.
This is really frustrating and i am pissed with the service and the behaviour of CC executives. Kindly, let me know how to file a complain in consumer court for this awkward behaviour and irritating service.
