Discontinued service without intimation

My mobile number 93513 79997 was successfully switched from Reliance CDMA to Airtel but the same was discontinued from service having balance of 300 plus.

Now the airtel discontinued my service and said to contact reliance and not giving satisfactory response.

SIM is on my name
