Hi, I am shankar and i am really upset with your service. Because i was lookin for network change as the call rates are high in airtel and i got a call from airtel customer service saying that there is an offer i.e 1 paisa per 6 sec and this will be activated in 48 hours and i was ok with that and this was on 3rd of march today its 9th of march and its still not activated. I have called customer service more than 4 times and whenever i called they are informed me that within 24 hours the offer will get activated but its still not activated.
