I got transfered talktime from another airtel number but i dint get it credited to my number but it is debited from that airtel number and another thing is i am not able to reach customer care and i lost 15rupees because of sending message without knowing. i am not able to see the information regarding messages sent and left... if i dial *124*1# its coming error... if i cal customer care they told that they wil transfer the cal to supervisor technical assistants but after that the cal got disconnected and if i cal again the cal is not connecting... i have given complaint so many times... but not even a single time i got responded. so plese try to over come this problem. Hope Consumer Court wil help me.
