Efunding wrong recharge amt

I purchased above card before 1-1/2 year. Then used little and kept unusued. Then again before 20 days I needed to use it. So I recharged with Rs. 100/- at Ashram Rd, Ahmedabad ccc on 25th March at 14.10 noon. But the SIM didin't work. I enquired at ccc. They told that now nothing can be done. I purchased one new SIM NO;8511008551. Why is it not possible to give credit of that 100/-rupees to my new SIM? How can Airtel keep my money unauthentically? If it will solve this Iam going to file a complaint in Consumer Forum. Plz reply within 7 days from today.
