I recharge my no. for sms pack with rs 21 by ussd facility on 12th aug. But it stop working on 16th aug and i complaint for the same in the morning and customer care executive told me that it will be fix maximum within 48 hrs. But problem can not fixed till the given time then i again complaint for the same then they assured me that it will be fixed till 3 pm on 19th aug.
Due to this i faced many problems and the call center executive not give satisfied answer and one of them blame me that i didn't take their call. Their senior supervisor avoid taking my call. So please do the needful to resolve my problem.
