Not received billed amount

I migrated my airtel mobile 9975 7095 13 from postpaid to prepaid. At that time they asked me to pay complete unbilled amount. After generation of my bill the extra amount which i have paid that will get refunded to my account. However i didn't got any amount yet.

Later i contacted to customer care they told me that i will receive this amount via cheque within 60 days.

Still i didn't received any cheque. as already 60 days over.

I don't wanted to continue with the airtel service. wanted to switch to other operator. however still airtel customer care saying that we can not migrate to other service provider within 60 days after migration to prepaid.

This really sucks...
