No recharge despite payment made from net banking

I also have the same problem. i recharged my airtel prepaid mobile (9717447997) online from pnb net banking. the amount was immediately deducted from my account but i didn't get the balance in my mobile. i've been waiting for 2 hours now. help me as soon as possible.
