Dear sir,
i have never seeen such a worst service providers.my sim already had a message offer and also call offer.when my call offer got cancelled.i contacted airtel customer care.they told me that i can recharge for 27rs and a new call offer will get activated with out any change to my message offer.accordingly i did.but i lost my message offer.when i asked them why they gave me a wrong information, they are giving bad word words to me, is this the kind of service airtel providing to their customers?
i need my 27rs back.airtel should refund me my money.i cancelled my offer.giving badwords to your customer, no service, providing wrong information to customer, is all this things that u teach your customer casare officers during their training period? u must pay back my money within 24 hours
