New Broadband Connection - Processing Delay

Hi,

I have registered for a new broadband connection in airtel on 7th July'10 and paid an amount of RS.-. I was directed by the sales person Anand (9566193333) and Technical Lead Saravanan (9840300573). I got an SMS from airtel that my request has been processed and the installation will be done in 3 days, but still now i haven't got any response. when i try to call both the above said persons, either they disconnect my call or not attend them. please look into this immediately and my details are below,
