Dear Sir,
on 14 Jan I got a call from airtel for whether I wanted to change a song in hallow tune. I astonished and said them that I have not activated any such services and there is no question to change any song by then. I also confirmed from customer service on the same time. They also repetadely confirmed That in my account there is no any services is active. On 16 th I got message saying rs. 30/- diducted from my account. Again I contacted to customerand they assured to solve the problem by 19 th only after repeted query. On 19 th thrice customer executive connected to their supervisor they disconnected the line delibarately. I am fedup of their untrained and callous behavour. Now they have disconnected the option to contact customer care from my phone.
Kindly take such action so that I can get the amount back.
